I have this little obsession with naming some electronic devices that I possess or specific places that I go to. This is just a list for myself on what I have named thus far, just so you won't be too confused on what I type down. Yes, I know I'm procrastinating for Calc 2 right now, shush.

I have "renamed" myself. Instead of my real name [which I know all of you know], it is now...

Zack Santos Hsu Gortan Fuska the 7th. Yes, that is my name now. You have permission to call me Zack now. I'll now answer to BOTH Jhen and Zack.

First and foremost, I say it's aoi_tenshi's fault for influencing me to make a name as crazy as the character Ed in Cowboy Bebop. The complete name was Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky the 4th. Ed's actually an orphan hacker genius hyper insane 13-year-old GIRL in the anime/manga. She was crazy enough to name herself that. I have no idea how the creator even thought of such a name. Anyways, according to Kei, I'm a real life version of Ed. [except without that orphan hacker 13-yr-old thing. I'm sorta 3 years too late and I'm not a hacker just yet.] So...I thought: why not make a name like Ed's?

Thus the creation of this name: Zack Santos Hsu Gortan Fuska the 7th.

Zack: Ed was a GIRL and had a GUY's name, so I thought I would start off with that. I've always wanted to have some sort of original uncommon easy-to-pronounce name. Jennifer's too common of a name so I had to evolve it into JHEN. Anyways, my idea was ERIOL, but that'll be too unoriginal. I read EriolxTomoyo fanfiction from CCS so Eriol is sorta a name out of the question. ERIC came next, but I didn't want to have a name starting with E. Thought about it and ZACK was born.

Santos: Santos is actually a pretty common last name in the Philippines. I wanted something common after such an uncommon name. That and I couldn't leave behind my filipino FOBness. I need it there no matter what. xD

Hsu: That was cooked up coz I was thinking up of a stereotype Chinese last name. I was gonna put LI, but...eh, didn't like it. I was thinking of METEOR GARDEN when I was thinking up of a name, and HSU was born. I don't think there is a cast/character who has the name HSU in there. [btw: is it pronounced as 'tsu' or 'soo'?]

Gortan: This was a researched name. I wanted something European and the first background I thought of was SWEDISH because I rememeber in I LOVE THE 90'S how the group Ace Of Base came from Sweeden. ^^; So, I researched for a Sweedish last name, didn't like any of them, clicked on a link for Scottish last names and I came across GORTAN. Gortan meant, "a hungry, stingy, penurious fellow." The word HUNGRY resembled me perfectly, except I don't like the words stingy and penurious. I like to give things to people. And I think the word GLUTTONY is somewhere along the same root as GORTAN.

FUSKA: This actually came from a comedy routine my cousin was telling me about. He was watching Comedy Central Stand-Up Comedy and this one guy's routine was talking about how in Argentina they had a lot of culture. So, the guy says that he saw this one other guy with a soccer jersey and on the top the name was FUCKA. But coz Argentina had a lot of culture, they said it as FUSKA. That cracked me up so much that I wanted to add that to my name. I like to add something that was influenced through comedy to me.

THE 7TH: Eh, 7 was the first number I thought of that had no number significance in Gundam Wing. That and 3+4=7. [only those who are *cough*yaoi*cough* fans of GW would understand that. I SWEAR 4 IS A GIRL DAMMITS!]

Yes, and that is the story of my new name. Please feel free to call me ZACK now. >D
